1. Who we are

Intuitico Inc. ("Intuitico", "we", "us") is an Ontario corporation. We help building material wholesalers and distributors find their best leads. We do this by scoring their CRM and lead data.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it. It covers:

  • our website, www.intuitico.io

  • calls, meetings and emails with prospects and clients

  • the lead-scoring and CRM services we provide to clients

We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

2. What we collect and why

We collect only what we need to run our business. We do not sell personal information.

  • Website visitors. We collect pages viewed, the referring site, browser and device type, and approximate location from your IP address. We use this to see how the site is used and improve it.

  • People who book a call. We collect your name, email, company, phone number and anything you add to the booking form. We use this to schedule, prepare for and hold the meeting.

  • Prospects we contact. We collect name, job title, company, business phone, business email and notes from our calls. We use this to reach people about our services in their professional role.

  • Clients. We collect contact details of the people we work with, plus billing details. We use this to deliver our services, invoice and keep records.

  • Anyone who emails us. We collect your email address and what you send. We use this to reply and keep a record of the conversation.

Business contact information. Much of what we use for prospecting is business contact information, such as a name, title, work phone and work email. PIPEDA does not apply to this information when it is used only to communicate with someone about their job. We still treat it with care and honour every request to stop contacting you.

Consent. We rely on your consent when you book a call, email us or sign an agreement with us. You can withdraw consent at any time. This may limit what we can do for you.

3. Client data we handle for you

When a client hires us, they share their lead lists and CRM data. This data belongs to the client. We handle it only to deliver the work they hired us for.

We use client data to:

  • score and rank leads against the client's ideal customer profile

  • research accounts and validate key contacts

  • deliver tiered lead lists back to the client

We do not:

  • sell or rent client data

  • use one client's data for another client

  • add client data to our own prospect lists

To validate contacts, we may check public sources, such as company websites, business directories and professional profiles.

When an engagement ends, we return or delete client data within 30 days, unless the client asks otherwise in writing or the law requires us to keep it. Our client agreements set out these terms in more detail. If you are a contact in a client's CRM and have a question, you can reach the client directly or contact us.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the business. Each one uses it only to provide its service to us.

  • Squarespace hosts our website and collects site analytics.

  • Adobe Fonts supplies the fonts on our website.

  • Calendly handles meeting bookings.

  • Zoom runs our video meetings.

  • Google Workspace provides our email, documents and spreadsheets.

  • Our outreach contractor makes calls and books meetings on our behalf.

  • Data and automation tools help us research, score and organize leads.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

Outside Canada. Some providers store data in the United States and other countries. Our outreach contractor works from India. Information held outside Canada is subject to the laws of that country, and may be accessed by its courts and authorities. We use contracts and access limits to protect it.

5. Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar tools from Squarespace and Adobe Fonts. They keep the site working and show us how visitors use it. We do not use advertising cookies or sell browsing data. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

6. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it:

  • Prospect records: up to 2 years after our last contact, or until you ask us to stop

  • Client data: returned or deleted within 30 days after the engagement ends

  • Business and tax records: as long as the law requires, usually 6 years

7. How we protect it

We use password-protected accounts with two-step sign-in, limit access to people who need it, and use providers with strong security. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as the law requires.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you

  • correct information that is wrong

  • delete your information or stop contacting you

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our business or the law changes. We will post the new version here and change the effective date at the top
